Here are possible solutions for this issue:
- Click the "View" tab located at the top left hand corner of the browser then select Reload
- Relaunch the PSI Bridge Secure Browser - close/exit first by clicking the X button, then reopen the application.
Generally, if both steps do not work, it's due to a misconfiguration in the exam itself.
The browser checks to see if it's the appropriate version for that organization and updates/downgrades as necessary. Manual uninstall/reinstall is NOT needed.
