If the check-in artifacts (ID Photo capture, selfie, room scan) are not uploading properly, please follow the following steps:
- Make sure to click on submit/continue.
- Verify that all assets were captured.
- Close the PSI Secure Browser by using the "X" symbol on the upper right and relaunch the PSI Secure Browser application and redo the ID photo capture, room scan and selfie.
