If you are getting a warning message that multiple monitors are detected, please try to perform the following:
Method 1:
- Close the PSI Secure Browser by using the "X" symbol on the upper right and relaunch the PSI Secure Browser application.
- Unplug external monitor from your computer.
- Reboot your computer and relaunch the PSI Secure Browser.
Method 2:
- Go to Settings > System > Display
- From Display. locate Multiple Displays
- Click the drop down then choose the monitor you prefer to use i.e. Show only on 1 - which means that you will only be using your main monitor
