TCA Change of role

Example Reported Issues:

• Unable to generate a Score Report
• Missing button in the GPS interface
• Failure to generate a roster

Resolution: Change role of TCA

For GPS:
Tier 1 techs can change the TCA’s role from "CA Proctor (Non-BBC)" and "SiteName Proctor" to "Proctor". However, they do not have permission to modify the "TCA and Session Manager" role. In these cases, please refer them to site admin.

For ACT:
Techs may temporarily change the role from "TCA and Session Manager" to "Proctor" for troubleshooting purposes. Following this, the TCA should be instructed to contact the site admin to request a separate account for ACT access.
