Overview: There are situations where reinstallation of the PSI Bridge Secure browser few times do not solve the issue
Objective: Streamline the process of handling abnormal issue about the PSI Bridge Secure browser
Recommended Troubleshooting:
- Reinstall the Bridge Secure Browser to at least 3 test stations (if multiple stations are affected). Make sure to follow the browser update instructions
- Compare the computer settings, configuration, Windows version, OS Build on the computer where the browser is working and from the stations where the browser does not work
- Refer to the system requirements: PSI Test Centre Computer Specifications
- If unable to resolve:
- For Third Party: No need to transfer to tier 2: Inform TCA that we cannot assist further on issues affecting Bridge Secure Browser. They have to connect with their local IT to ensure that they follow system requirements and ensure that there is nothing blocking Bridge Secure Browser to work properly.
- For PSI Owned: Connect with tier 2 to further check the system as they may need to send Cormac to check the PC.
