For score report issues getting an error LACD012 – Error occurred in compiling the template for printing.

After trying to troubleshoot the issue, you may transfer to tier 2 so they can assist further and create a support ticket for the issue:

  • Site Name
  • Test Taker Details
    • Name
    • Test Taker ID
