Advise the TCA to go to hiset.org, click on Resources tab, go to the Test Center Toolkit and look for Test Administration. Click on the link to order Answer Sheet Return labels.

If the site is not available on the dropdown, follow the HiSET Operating Hours – Support Guidelines  from this article https://helpdesk.psionline.com/hc/en-gb/articles/37526659293332-Quick-Response-HiSET to check if HiSET Support Group can add the site right away. If there is no response, the proctor may request to add their site on the form and include the request to get a copy of the return labels through the Test Center Support Form.
