To solve this, we need to redownload session. To redownload session, go the server and look for Tools folder on the desktop. Then look for danger_cleanup_all, double click it to run the program.
Pull up the Proctoring tool. If it won't come up, check Task manager if the memory for Tomcat reached 100k or go to services, look for PSI V2 and run it from there.
Afterwards, try to login (kindly tick the box in front of Update Profile), and then Re-download the session.
