[MACOMB] Password Issues

Here are the steps to take if a Macomb Community College Test Taker (RPNow) is having problems accessing their exam due to password issues:

1. Close RPNow application.
2. Re-launch RPNow application.
3. When choosing the exam in RPNow, make sure the Test Taker select the section number that is in RED in their instruction email.
4. Be sure to choose the same section number in Canvas.
5. If you are still unable to enter the exam password, please refer back to instructor for assistance.

Note: Canvas, by design, does not give an incorrect password message but loops the test taker back to the password page.
