If you receive "You are not authorized to take this exam" message, please make sure you are entering the correct email address and you are selecting the correct exam. If you continue to experience issues please follow up with your instructor and/or your School's Help Desk.

Q: Why am I being prompted to pay for the exam twice?
A: If you have already paid for your RPNow exam and you receive a prompt to pay when you re-enter, please confirm that the email address you entered is the exact same email you entered when you purchase. The system will prompt you for additional payment if you use any email other than the email you originally entered. If you are unsure which email you originally used, you can attempt to enter the exam using the various email addresses that you may have used original, until you are not prompted to pay.
