When taking a Remote Proctor exam if you are receiving the Login Error in the screenshot below when you attempt to enter your Pearson (e.g. MyMathLab, MyStatLab, etc...) course , please try the steps listed under "Solution".
Solution:
- Select the Apple Icon
- Select "Systems Settings"
- Select "Privacy and Security"
- Scroll down and locate Security
- Under "Allow applications to be downloaded from", select App Store and identified developers
- Close the window then relaunch the PSI Secure Browser
