[RPNow] Unable to proceed and receiving a message regarding "youcam".

If you are receiving an error or message regarding "YouCamService” or "youcam" when taking an RPNow exam, please follow the steps below.

Method 1: Eliminate the YouCam Process.

1. To do so please right click on the Taskbar
2. Click Task Manager
3. Click Process

NOTE: Windows 8.1 User's may need to click "More Details" so they can access the "Process" Tab.

1. Right click either Youcam.exe or YCMMirage.exe and click end process

Please attempt to take your RPNow exam. If you continue to receive the error message proceed to the next method.

Method 2: Uninstall YouCam

1. Open Start Menu
2. Open Control Panel
3. Open Programs and Features
4. Uninstall Cyberlink YouCam
