This document is intended to assist with resetting TCA passwords in Outlook, as well as to associate TCAs to their respective test centers to allow them to view the site's outlook inbox.
A. Jumpboxes: In order to assist with these issues, you must remote into one of our jumpboxes via the Remote Desktop Connection application in Windows.
1. Use the following IP to connect to one of our jumpboxes. If one of the entries are difficult to connect to, try the next one on the list. *NOTE: You must have been granted jumpbox access by Jermaine Abe in order to proceed. If this has not already been done for you, reach out to your direct supervisor for direction. You must also be connected through remotewest or remotecentral VPN.*

2. You must login using the CORP domain. You must type out the domain in the username field. You will add your Google Authenticator code to the end as follows:
Example: CORP\adm.amckee-123456
3. Click the windows start button and run "Windows Administrative Tools" and select "Active Directory Users and Computers".
4. Navigate in the left pane to CORP.OnePSI.net > Companies > TCN > and then either the US TCN for sites in the US or UK TCN for sites in the UK. We will use the US as an example. You can then select the state folder for the site in question, then navigate in the right pane to the individual TCA who's account you are managing.
B. Resetting Passwords
1. Right-click the proctor/user and select "Reset Password."
2. Type in and confirm the new password.
3. Unselect the option that says "User must change password at next logon."
4. If the user's status shows as "Locked," then select the option that says "unlock the user's account." *Note: The account must be unlocked for the user to log in successfully.*
C. Accessing the Test Center Mailbox (Multi-tab option)
1. Have the TCA log in to their personal outlook inbox.
2. The TCA should then click their initials in the upper right corner of the page and select "Open another mailbox"
3. In the window that appears, enter the site's email address and select the result.
4. Click "Open." This will open a new tab with the site's email inbox.
D. Accessing the Test Center Mailbox (Single-Tab option)
1. Have the TCA log in to their personal outlook inbox.
2. Right click on the "Folders" dropdown in the left pane.
3. Click "Add Shared Folder."
4. In the window that appears, enter the site's email address and select the result.
5. Click "Add." The site will now have the option to view their personal inbox or the site's inbox from a single tab, all on the left pane.
