ERROR-CIS-0001 | Checkin configuration issue; missing required information. |
ERROR-CIS-0002 | Error message received from SB. |
ERROR-CIS-0003 | Upload of assets failed. |
ERROR-CIS-0004 | Checkin configuration issue; missing checkin-flow-id. |
ERROR-SB-0001 | No presence detected in WebSocket, or proctor unresponsive to ping. |
ERROR-SB-0002 | Secure Browser is not connected to WebSocket. |
ERROR-SB-0003 | Secure Browser tried to kill a prohibited application but got an error. |
ERROR-SB-0004 | Camera not found, signal all black, or frozen and unchanging |
ERROR-SB-0005 | Microphone access denied, or microphone not found. |
ERROR-SB-0006 | No monitors detected. |
ERROR-SB-0007 | Excessive number of monitors detected. |
ERROR-SB-0008 | Audio/Video connection issue: offline or bandwidth/quality too low. |
ERROR-SB-0009 | Offline status detected, but recovery is possible. |
ERROR-SB-0010 | System check failed for an unspecified fatal reason. |
ERROR-SB-0011 | System check failed: Video quality too low (fatal). |
ERROR-SB-0012 | System check failed: Bandwidth too low (fatal). |
| ERROR-SB-0013 | Someone or something changed a file in the installed browser. This may or may not be suspicious activity; the browser must be re-installed. |
