Clearing file logs from a computer may be necessary or beneficial in the following situations:
Disk space management: Log files can accumulate over time and consume significant disk space, especially if they are not automatically rotated or pruned. Deleting unnecessary log files can free up disk space and improve system performance.
Troubleshooting: In some cases, log files can become corrupted or bloated, leading to errors or performance issues. Clearing log files allows for a fresh start, enabling better troubleshooting and error diagnosis.
For TSR - need to copy file logs and attach to your ticket.
Note: It's important to note that deleting log files may remove valuable information for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with the PSI Secure Browser. Only delete log files if you are sure they are no longer needed or are taking up excessive disk space.
