Here are some simple steps in addressing the following concerns:

Question: Test taker says everything on their screen is either too small or too big, and they cannot access certain parts of the screen.
Answer: Try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Refresh the browser by clicking the View button in the left corner of the exam, or by clicking Ctrl + R.
- Manually resize the PSI Secure Browser window by clicking the Minimize button in the upper-right corner of the window, then drag the corner of the window to resize. Once you minimize the window, you will see the exam desktop refresh. Then, you can click the Full-screen button in the upper-right corner of the window to make the exam window full-screen again.

Question: Test taker closes their browser and can't see the project instructions or Relativity. i.e. "Where did Relativity go? Where is the hands-on project?"
Answer: Click the Hands On Project and/or Relativity desktop shortcuts with the Chrome logo to re-launch the hands-on project and Relativity.

Question: Test taker loses connection to environment. i.e. "I lost connection to the environment. What happens now?"
Answer: If you've lost connection to the exam Virtual Machine, you will be able to resume work once reconnected. You will not lose work already completed.

Question: Relativity Desktop Client (RDC) isn't working or is getting an error.
Answer: Close the Relativity Desktop Client completely and all windows associated with it and open it again.

Question: "I can't preview security on the Groups tab."
Answer: This is a known issue for this version of relativity. You should preview security a different way.
