Stuck on "Waiting for Proctor" message? Here is a quick fix for that:
1. Right click anywhere in the browser page and select “reload”. Or select from the top left corner “View” and then hit “reload”. If does not work, please go to step 2.
2. Simply close out the browser if you are idle for more than 5 mins.
3. Relaunch the browser and wait for proctor to assist you. Make sure you have completed your selfie, photo ID capture and room scan. You may re-do it if you think you have missed one within the process.
