If the counter is stuck on Zero (0) and not connecting to any of the available Check-in Specialist, kindly follow these steps:
- Reload the PSI Bridge Secure Browser. Click the "File" button at the top left corner of the secure browser and select "Reload".
- When reloading the secure browser did not work, close and relaunch the PSI Bridge Secure Browser application.
- If relaunch fails, uninstall and reinstall the PSI Bridge Secure Browser application.Follow this link for steps.
