Stuck on the "Waiting for Proctor" message? Here is a quick fix for that:
- Right-click anywhere on the PSI Secure Browser page and select “reload”. Or select from the top left corner “View” and then hit “reload”.
Note: This can take up to 15 minutes.
- If the problem persists, close the PSI Secure Browser by using the "X" symbol on the upper right and relaunch the PSI Secure Browser application.
