I met an accident on last Saturday night and I was emerged to hospital and diagnosed with shoulder dislocation and I had been in hospital ICU ward during my aws exam timings unfortunately I didn't gave exam for aws certification , please consider my request as geniune and say me solution accordingly.I was said from doctors that I should take rest atleast 6 weeks and after that there would be a surgery so please I urge you to go through documents attaching below .
I joined exam but it was not started I kept waiting for 10 minute but no responce even I checked appointment not showing
My exam did not launch after doing a system test.
Had to call support team and Roland H, was a great support guy who helped me resolved the issue.
I think there is a bug, where the browser does not launch or get installed after a system test is done.
On the 28th of June 2021, 30min before my test I logged in to my Microsoft dashboard to do a 2nd system check and everything went well, my Test was starting at 9:30am at 9:15 till 9:40 the PSI portal kept on loading and loading till I connected support and I am waiting to see if they will be able to let me write and the following day my results came fail:0%
Today on 17 July 2021 I have my exam but from last one hour I am waiting it's not being launch. It was supposed to launched at 2:30 but after an hour it is still not showing anything. I got live chat option from Gail support team but in live chat there is no response from last half hour.

I have downloaded the psi system onto my computer ..... now how do I set it up to use it for the online proctored test tomorrow?

I do not take the exam until tomorrow at 6:30 P M so I will do the scanning of my work area at that time! For now I am going to continue to study for the exam!
After testing a system here https://systemcheck.rpexams.com/ I received the following results as it is indicated in the picture.
May you explain and support in fixing the problems because the exam CISM should be passed on December 31, and there is no other PC or Laptop available?
I have the following Camera, which is very high quality and reflect very HD quality picture: HD Pro Webcam C920 Logitech 1080p
Also, my SpeedTest Ookla showed the following results: Download 50+ Mbps and Upload 80+ Mbps, which is in line with the requirements.
So, why finally streaming and camera do not comply with the requirements?
May be remote control supporting may solve the issue?

I couldn't enter the room to take the test, I have tried several times.
I would like to have my coupon refunded.
I've been trying to perform the CCP exam via PSI since 02/05.
On the first day I went to the test center and the checkin system was not working.
On the second day I tried to take the exam online and I couldn't do it either, I got the error "“Error while creation PRS request. Please contact your administrator.”
On the third day it presented the same error ""Error creating PRS request. Please contact your administrator."
I would like my money back!
Today (02/11/2022) I had schedule a exam "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate" that was not possible to do because I was receiving the message "error while creating prs request. please contact your administrator" while trying to launch exam.
I tried using chat to help me and they give a phone number to call. The support confirm "(tickect number 2319290) that they had the same error while trying to start my exam and told me to contact AWS.
I used the same computer that I took an AWS exam two weeks ago, and it passed the compatibility test. I tried using another laptop, but the error persisted.
I spent money for this exam, and I took the time to study and take this exam and it was not possible. I would like my money back too and I'll never use PSI to do test anymore. I'm trying to contact PSI using seveval ways, but no solution yet.

I got replacement voucher from PSI for Pearson VUI AWS exam. Now that voucher code showing invalid. PSI support team is saying they are are not supporting this any more and AWS Xvoucher support team is saying they will not assist because voucher is issued by PSI

Hi, I'm Peter Nolan and I am trying to set up to use the exam-taking PSI/Remote Proctor browser for an exam at the School of Computing at National College of Ireland, Mayor Square, Dublin 1, D01 K6W2, Republic of Ireland.
I get error messages after I have tested the camera and microphone successfully and then put in my name and contact details saying "Error getting data for your exam". Then the browser tells me that the site cannot be reached for clientportal.softwaresecure.com, tara.vitapowered.com.
