If you are unable to connect to the Internet after taking an exam using Securexam, please follow the steps below.
- Open Start Menu
- Open Control Panel
- Open "Network and Sharing Center"
- Select "Change Adapter Settings"
- Right-Click the Network Adapter
- Select "Enable"
- NOTE: If the Network Adapter is already set to "Enable" please try to "Disable" it and then "Enable" it.
- Test your connection
